why is it that i cant find the lecture 2 and onwards lecture slides on e-reserve?

The exam info paper said which area will be examine..however it did not say anything about partnership and company..but the lecturer spent quite some time into it...do u guys reckon it will be in the exam????

It was long - that CGT question was a lot harder than the rest of the paper. I finished with about 10 mins to spare but a few people I know weren't able to complete it.
