does your school have this...
im intesrested bcoz i got it yesterday and just wondered which other schools got it.
its just an award that recognises that your an all rounder
i.e acadamically, good in sport and show leadership qualities

nah man, i didnt come second at all... lol
its just that im president, show a good example and have participated in alot of sports and also because i do good aight in subjects like extention 2 maths... but overall man im not that smart

Yep we have it at Mamre and i got it last year. We got a way cool one month subsciption to the Australian Newspaper. It sthe coolest. Just dont let them put it on your neck cos its heavy..

Why is it called "Caltex" award?

is the school too cheap to fund it!?!?

our school has it in yr 10 and r 12...
and its not for the peson who came second at our school- the girl who got dux one year got the caltex award aswell.

Yeah I think we have it...but for some reason it didn't get awarded on Thursday. I think that those awards go with the citizenship and memorial awards at the main school presentation. And from my understanding, it is just for "all-rounders." I think that our captain or sports captain will probably end up with it (the girls)

Yeah Caltex is best allrounder. But I don't think we have any, so whoever gets it doesn't really deserve it anyway.....
