Hi

i just wanted to ask whether i could undertake this program at UNSW


bachelors in commerce (majoring in actuarial studies/ finance) and law

Also i heard that UNSW only allows this one major thing now... is this true.... would this mean i could not undertake a double major

1 major if you do combined law unless you want to overload or summer school. I don't think you'll be able to do actuarial because its no longer a commerce major.

Actuarial now is only offered in four forms:

B Actuarial Studies
B Actuarial Studies (Co-Op)
B Actuarial Studies/B Economics
B Actuarial Studies/B Science (Advanced Mathematics)

Goodness, it's not that great anymore. Those who wanted to do actuarial law can no longer do it, and I know a few of my friends are going to be the last batch of them doing it at UNSW.
