What ranks should I be getting if I want to get 97?

I reckon your looking at 96-97.5 at the moment - its hard to say what wont count.

Everything but bio and geo require improvements to ensure 97. I wouldn't be too sure that you are there yet. You're more likely to fall short if you keeps all things constant.
