can't log onto my.unsw!! help! (1 Viewer)

I kept getting the message saying my student number/password is incorrect and will block me after 5 unsuccessful attempts and I already had 4! I don't know what to do!

I assume you've checked you got your student number and password right?

Did you have the 'z' infront of your student number?

i also have a slight problem with my unipass. i just received it today and it doesn't work for anything! i know about the 'z' for username and the upper/lower case for the unipass

Wait! I can get in now! I didn't know I had to change the universal password that was given to me to the one I use with my.unsw.

Stupid me.

yeah i've tried that but the user/pass combo doesn't work there either.

it seems as though the password that i created from the start works with everything (that I know of), and the unipass that i was given doesn't work for anything!

i smell something fishy.

to make the matter worst, no matter how many times I change my password through disconnect website, my.unsw still does not recongnise my new password...
