Can't save changes-help is needed (1 Viewer)

I can't save changes in my profile and I don't know why.

Does anyone have any suggestion?

A bit more info would be nice.
Browser version, error msgs? etc...etc

I typed something and then clicked on "save changes".
Then I went back to "control panel" and saw the changes I made were not saved.
I tried this for several times.

Clear cookies, cache, and try again.

I really bad at computer stuff.
Can u tell me how to clear cookies?

tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies

That is in IE your browser you are using.
