So which one do you people think I should do.

I have the option to do either at the investment bank I am going to.

i will be in private wealth management. Although I could foresee a move into corporate finance in the future, if tahts even possible to do from private wealth.

So what do you all think is best to do?

AFAIK the CFA is used, in Australia at least, by people without finance-related university qualifications to get some credentials in the industry, although take that with a grain of salt.

Dunno about Master of Applied Finance

Why don't you ask your workmates?

Hard, as you dont have much if any contact with IBD. But make contacts and you'll have a chance. You can always apply for a grad IBD role next year. (atthe same bank)
