Long story short, I enrolled into medicinal chemistry UNSW since it seemed like a course that would be really interesting but every person in my cohort i've spoken to is either clueless of their future career prospects or planning to do a masters to use medicinal chemistry as a stepping stone. Although I enjoy the course, I'm really starting to doubt the job prospects; if any. In any case, this is only 3rd week and census date doesn't end till 31/03 so i've decided to enrol to UTS business (assuming i get an offer). Not entirely sure if i would receive EAS bonus points since i would have a tertiary record (also not sure about this fact). So i have 2 options:
- Continue my course at UNSW and wait for april round offers to come in
or
- Withdraw from my course and enroll for mid year entry.
Lots of benefits and disadvantages to both but what is your opinion i should do?
