Incorporate a chat for bos users?

It's been brought up before. It was basically decided that it was not worth the effort of implementation.

Tinychat and mIRC channels have both been used by BOSers who wanted this feature in the past. It's worked out fine like this.

but a centralised bos chat built into vB would be noice

We had VBShout in the past. We might look at reinstalling it, but there are far higher priorities.

vBShout would be useful for Post-Trial and HSC discussion.
