Hey people do any of you do Chiropractic at macq. How is it? Is it worth while doing and is it very maths and science orientated?

yup.. first year you do chem, physics, health, chiro and bio subjects.. 2nd and 3rd year you mainly do bio, health and chiro subjects.

Physics is a little bit of maths, I guess.
Also do a bit of radiation physics in second year I think.

And the timetable doesn't get any better as the years go along ;p

Yeah theres some radiology unit second year.

Its a 5 year course to actually practise though. 2 Year masters.

isn't chiro in macq the best in australia or something...??... and you have to do an accounting typa subject in 5th year??... or 4th??... set up your own business sorta thing...

Its probably due to Macquarie being one of the very few Universities in Australia that offer the course.

We wear backless tops (or shirts with a rip at the back) and short shorts.

shirts with a rip at the back ey... :p well all the guys have to take off their shirts... and all the girls i've talked to seem to like that... :)

we get to dissect human body parts once a week at usyd durin 2nd and 3rd yr. cant wait

What they'll do is give you a ridiculous timetable so that you'll have to be at MQ in the morning, Syd in the arvo and come back or something ;p
