For D, I said they were all genetically different.

Process 1 wasn't it? Cos I put something about the homologous pair up and replicate... I am not too sure about this question.

D were all haploid.
Process 1 was duplication
Crossing over happens between cell B and Process 2.

1- happloid, ie half as many chromosomes
2- Process 2 I said was DNA replication
3- Said crossing over in the last step.

Polypeptides, yeah I said mRNA and tRNA.

For D: They were haploid.
Process 1: Duplication of chromosomes.
Crossing over occured at B, before the first meiotic divison.

For polypeptide synthesis, process one was Transcription and two was Translation.

I THINK.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

ohh, for that bit, I did it in step 3, but corrected it to make it before the first division... which is correct, anyone?

i knew crossing over occurred during metaphase
i can't remember which part of the diagram looked most like metaphase, i think it was B, where the chromosomes were doubled.

i had all the same as that. yay. yeah i remembered transcription and translation, as i lost a mark in my trial for not including those words in a diagram of polypeptide synthesis. tough marking criteria. anyway.
