Civil Engineering (structures) || Salary? || Job availability? || UTS vs USYD (1 Viewer)

Hello there fellow HSC victims!
I'm considering Civil Engineering (Structures) at either UTS or uSYD, which do you think have better opportunities and why?
Also, what is the average salary of a civil engineer, I've looked at many sources and all are significantly different, some differ from about 100k and others are as low as 50k (which I would still be happy with lol)...
Also, is there a sufficient demand for civil engineers in Australia? If so how great or low is the demand?

demand is not great at the moment, there is an over supply of civil engineers.

Civil Engineering has an employment rate of 90%, well above the national average.
