Damn this word limit is killing me.
Any idea who is marking it? Is it guissepe or the tutors?

Should be your tutor. Guissepe only reviews very poor and exceptional papers.

I havnt been to a lecture for this subject yet. Assessment seems kinda easy though. The question seems a lot less complex than last years one. Less room for interpretation.

Yeh my part A ended up at about 800 words. Part B was 900 words.
Shall have to spend tomorrow cutting it back.

Although alot of that wordcount comes from quotes ive inserted from judgements. hmm.

yep though today's lecture was by some lady. Her voice was hilarious but she was pretty good.

Wed, Apr 12, 2006 -- CLAW1001_SEM1_2006: IMPORTANT - Formation VII CERTAINTY

Hi everyone,

I understand that some students may have received (potentially) conflicting advice about whether Formation VII CERTAINTY (which is in the form of NOTES on B/Board) is part of the Assignment. This was brought to my attention this afternoon by one of the tutors.

You need to cover ALL the elements of a K in your assignment - from Formation I Offer to Formation VII Certainty. This has been made clear in lectures and various lectures slide/Blackboard announcements. Even if you decide CERTAINTY is a NON-LIVE issue (this is by no means a hint either way) you still need to consider it.

Because of the confusion, I have decided to EXTEND THE DUE-DATE until 5.00pm Tuesday 18th at the latest.

If you have already submitted your assignment and feel you might be disadvantaged by this, I am willing to discuss the possibility of a further extension provided you let me know in writing by Tuesday 18 April.

Please note this is a ONE-OFF arrangement. All the remaining instructions for this assignment will CONTINUE TO APPLY AS NORMAL.

Best Wishes!
Giuseppe.
