generally, yes.

They sometimes have different stuff but generally, for space reasons, they only tend to have units relevant to that campus.

Call them and check or go in and ask them. They also can order stuff cross campus for you if you don't feel like travelling.

Penrith's is being renovated yes, but in class today my tutor told me that everything necessary should be available at the start of the semester, by next week perhaps. The books you need may be available at other campuses, just enquire and see what they can tell you.
