I want to do Computer Science as my major under the science degree but i read from the handbook that I need to get approval! Where do I go for approval? And usually when I need to do that by?

Also for the Mathematics lecture times, there's this choice of MIXED LECTURES but the status is "SEE SCHOOL" so does that mean I need to go to the School of mathematics and ask them for permission too?

Go to CSE and explain your case to them. I guess that's where you get the approval
