i know this sounds stupid but im just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to make a judgement statement on the impacts of cochlear implants as a conclusion.

you could sum up their effectiveness for helping those who are hearing impaired.for example you could say why are they helpful to a person who is hearing compared if they do not have cochlear implants. you could also check out some websites such as HSC Online biology (http://hsc.csu.edu.au/biology/options/communication/2954/CommPart6.html) and wikipedia ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cochlear_implants )
