concession card (1 Viewer)

ok I was reading about concssion cards here:

and it says i gotta fill out this form:

So my question is do I just fill this form out, and give it to them while they make my ID card? and they will just put a sticker on the id card?

you can fill out the form at the office as well when you make your id. there a form to your right when you go to the student centre. and yup they put a sticker on the id card once you fill out the form

When i got mine i got a consession form from the student center, filled it out in like 5mins and then showed my liscence and got my student card with my concession symbol PRINTED on the card. So to my knowledge no stickers are used.

If your getting your student card at the same time, the concession is printed straight onto it but then every year after they just put a new sticker over the old concession sticker.
