There are literally 10000s of books on this conflict so historiography isn't hard to find if you are prepared to do some reading - even on the net e.g. the BBC WWII website has some good articles that are relevant.

Books involving Ken Webb generally have numerous sections for historiography in them,the ones that I have anyway
