I really hate signing forms because most of the time I don't understand the questions haha.
Anyways, after getting an offer, did any of you guys need to fill out a form like this?
And can someone please help me out with this section? I honestly don't understand what these choices mean (and I'm really new to these money things)
Also, in order to complete this form, a TFN is required. I've already received my TFN from the mail from 2013. But I remember my careers advisor telling me that I need to apply for a new one since something changed??? So i don't get it. Do i need to sign a TFN form or something or is that for other reasons?
