Normally if this question would come up in the HSC exam they will give you some hint. Have a look at the 2019 HSC exam there is a question involving NaOCl where they ask you to use the Ka for the HOCl acid to find the pH of the conjugate base solution. This one would be setup something like

edit: sodium acetate's state should be solid before dissolution
