Contemplating on ECON1101 lectures...??? (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

I've been contemplating on the Microeconomics 1 (ECON1101) lecturers for this upcoming Semester.
There are four lecturers in total for this unit:

- Alberto Motta
- Diane Enahoro
- Gulay Avsar
- Peter Nichols


In third person, I've heard that Alberto Motta is the king of this course and former students of his has great admiration for him. Although I haven't heard so much of the other lecturers, if you've studied with them or knows somebody who did, how were they?

Do you reckon its worth going to the Monday night session instead of Thursday morning?

Surely, Enahoro can't be that bad even though I never had her before (nor been to new south classes before).

I can't do Mon/Weds since I have a clash for Mon.

Enaharo is actually very good. Only bad thing is that she gets annoyed when people start talking on top of her. And Alberto...he's a classic.

There was this American lecture that was actually decent last semester. His name was Scott (forgot his last name)

From what I remember Enharo is pretty good with explanations but she doesn't like people playing games/bludging in lectures

I only had Nichols and Motta and both were good, but Motta was better.

I had Enahoro for macro I think but I didn't go to a single lecture.
