i need help tooo....asap please

i need help with core 2 assessment about Anne Smith lifestyle

she doesnt do regular exercise, has taken the job of maanger because her dad has jus had a heart attack and she needed to take over his position.
she has hypertension, eats iat rregular times during the day, an no proper meals.
she also takes valium to help her sleep and smokes 1 pack a day.

i need barroers that would prevent anne from changing her attitudes and behavious and risk factors and how to modify her life

the textbook doesnt help me.
