You can't be serious?

Depends on what you want for lunch...depends on where you live.

If you live 1km from the uni and bring sandwiches from home it will be cheap.

If you live 2 hours away and purchase your lunch from uni, it will be more expensive.

No one will be able to quantify this for you...

1. buy multiple trip saver tickets
2. bring food, or if you have to, buy some at the supermarket on the way
3. ?
4. save money

You can get away with some $5 a day if you're experienced!

uni costs me like 15 bucks a week and that all goes to food. I get to uni via bumming rides of mates though.

With a FlexiPass, turns out to be about $2/day. Get a free lift to and from station everyday :D
Bring food from home, uni food isn't that great and is expensive
Don't drink coffee
Rarely go out during semester time due to hectic tt

So...$14/week :D

The beginning of semester is always more expensive when you're buying textbooks and manuals.

Other than that it used to cost me around $20 in petrol and $3 in parking a day.
I might spend around $20 on food all week - but its easy to reduce those costs by taking your own lunch
