I've received a letter from Macquarie and not exactly sure what they mean.

Your achievements in relevant HSC subjects have landed you a spot in the following courses...

You'll receive an official offer via the UAC on Tuesday 5 January.

Is this a conditional offer that they will send to me on 5th of January? or something else?

It is a conditional offer, but you have reached the conditions that they have specified.

It means check the UAC website on tuesday 5th January and accept the offer (If you want)
