I was wondering if the uni had an office or person I could visit in person or speak to online about: Deciding what majors to choose, possible careers, what I should be doing etc etc

For choosing majors etc. you should visit an academic advisor. You just have to book an appointment with them.

I think the advisors can also help you for giving advice on careers and other stuff, but you can visit the careers service and they can give you good advice.
