courses that are only available for one semester (1 Viewer)

if this year a particular course is only available for semester 1, for example, will it only be available for semester 1 next year, or is it possible that it could change to semester 2 or both semesters?

also wondering, would the times of the classes stay about the same or would they change? if i want to do my double major then i cant be very flexible with the classes i do, and im afraid i'll get clashes

Class times are really random as it depends on availability of lecturers and venue. However, they usually will stick to the same days or close to those days.
