licencing-I dont remember rite now...
main thing was that that act removed these concepts

licencing applies to life sentences, i.e. people are actually let out. But under the amendments, this is only allowed in very exceptional circumstances. Correct me if im rong plz

Licencing isnt valid anymore under the Sentencing Act
thats what I learnt

may not even be required 2 talk about in teh HSC. Not a huge issue.
