licencing applies to life sentences, i.e. people are actually let out. But under the amendments, this is only allowed in very exceptional circumstances. Correct me if im rong plz :p

Licencing isnt valid anymore under the Sentencing Act
thats what I learnt
meh
may not even be required 2 talk about in teh HSC. Not a huge issue.
