I need help with my task !!

with reference to the 6 economic issues, -
(inflation, Unemployment, economic growth, dist. of income and wealth, environmental management and external stability)

i have to state the macroeconomic policies (monetary and fiscal) and the microeconomic policies, that the govt is currently doing to impove each issue.

any tips would be helpful

a good place to start would be the govt budget papers (probably the budget at a glance is best):

also, some things that have been around recently regarding economic issues:

inflation: fuelwatch scheme, budget surplus, interest rate rises

dist. of income and wealth: means testing baby bonus, progressive income taxation reforms, luxury car tax, capital gains tax, tax cuts.

environmental management: emissions trading scheme, kyoto protocol, hybrid cars
