I'd have to say the jacaranda book looks a lot better than the Hienemann ones.

I only used the jacaranda book when I was making the TPS notes.

I use Heinemann and Jacaranda.

Heinemann is so basic and repititive its like..

Protocol

Jacaranda is pretty good. Goes into detail about crap sometimes but generally its good.

But what happens if you use too many text books you get confused. Like Jacaranda and Heinemann draw DFDs differently and it really confuses the hell out of you

I use Excel, Heinemann and Get Smart books. They all complement each other in different areas. Don't know about Jacaranda, havent even heard of it b4.
