dates for log (1 Viewer)

do i have to put dates etc in my log, or is it just the summary? i hadnt thought of it til now and i cant remember if we are supposed to or not.
oh, and is it ok to use town names and stuff like that in my PIP, or is it like the exams and we shouldnt incase the markers are biased?

there is not set way in which to set our your PIP, you can use dates if you wish or simply write it as a summary

also, my teacher said that our PIP should not contain our name, our schools name and our teachers name in order to make it anon, that includes relevant things that gives an identification of where we live...

i did mine in a summary format, i didn't use dates and stuff, but it still showed the progression of the pip, and problems etc.
