Topic: The Influence of Religion in Australian Society from 1901 to the Present Outcomes


Question 1: Explain and appraise the response of the 2 major religious groups in Australia to the issue of conscription during World War 1


Question 2: What events led to the provision of State aid for non-governement schools in Australia? What was the significance of this change in policy?


Question 3: "Australia's approach to social welfare was heavily influenced by Christaianity". Discuss the validity of this statement.


Question 4: Immigration after WW2 resulted in significant changes to the religious profile of Australia. Explain and evaluate the major changes?


Question 5: Explain and evaluate the role of religion in a period of Australia politics(Pre WW1r Between the Wars; or Post WW2)

Please give me the hints!!!!!!!!

theres heaps of people who hav submitted syllabus notes which will have answers to ur questions

The content of each of those questions are pretty basic and straight from the syllabus. Like joe said you could get information on those form the resource section. Im taking a stab and saying you may be having trouble with the verbs such as "appraise"? If so i suggest you look up the meanings of these. If its just the content you are unsure of the resources are the best place to go.

SOR and History textbooks are also your friend as is google..... no, seriously, they are!

As has been mentioned, these questions are basics of the course.....in fact, most of them are basic Australian history questions that you should have looked at in Year 10 history (the compulsory course I mean)
