Not sure what "Skills" are but pracs and tutes are essentially the same thing.
Traditionally pracs are associated with science type subjects (commonly known as a "lab") and involve direct application of your skills while tutes are generally associated to be like your standard sit-down classroom situation.
Don't get too hung up about it as these terms are interchangeable. The differentiation between lectures and all of the above is what is essential.
