umm.. i forgot which is which..
1st [me , i ] = recount, authentic, personal / author view
2nd [you do this] = like a procedure.. chose ur own adventure stories
3rd [ they he she ] = can give a broader idea about what is happeneind in the scene.. sees things the character dont..

don't use second person unless ur good at english.

first person - we gain insight into perspective.
third - better if u have a lot of characters.
