Digitial animation gifs (1 Viewer)

I have a presentation due soon and I was wondering if anyone here could tell me how people make like gifs for like ionic bonds and like chemical bonds in general
Like all I can do right now is just find gifs on google but I wanna know if anyone knows how people make like interactive gifs online

To create an animated GIF you need to design each frame of the animation. For smooth motion you could be looking at designing 50 frames. Whatever GIF animation software you choose, you still need to create the images before you can assemble them into the finished filmstrip, so you need to find the frames or make the frames yourself. This water molecule requires about 15 frames, some can be used twice due to the symmetry.
