I'm doin an B. Engineering, and in semester 1, I have to do 5 units:
Professional Engineering
Maths 1001
Maths 1002
Computing Engineering
AERO1560
I just hate Professional Engineering and AERO1560, somehow I find it so boring. Thus I happened to have a really poor attendance at turorials. They r something like this:
Pro. Engineering (60%)
Maths1001 (25%)
Maths1002 (60%)
Computing Engineering (60%)
AERO1560(50%)
I know my attendance is crap, but my mark is aiight, I got 100% for all maths quiz/assignments (haven't done the exam yet). Did all AERO assignments (missed a project as I didn't go to Tuts and lectures, I know I'm fucked up and lazy but they r so boring, but I went to all the workshops/labs). I also passed all my computing engineering assignments/projects with a good mark.
I heard that at least 80% of attendance is needed to pass a subject, and if I fail all the units in a semester I will get expelled.

BTW is maths tuts compulsory? bcuz I don't need to go to those tuts but still able to pass them all.
I'm pretty confidence that I will get about 70% or more in all exams. But will I still get kicked out due to poor attendance? Even though I've never got a warning or anything yet. Will they really expel me without warning or anything or would I be able to do the failed units in summer/winter school (which I don mind)?

btw, I'm goin to apply through UAC for a B.Economics, what would be considered to get me a place? would it be my last year UAI which I did aiight or my uni performance? or both?
If my uni performance is considered, would they just considered the related subjects that is needed for economics or all subjects? i.e. only maths and not engineerings subjects? bcuz I think I'm failing the 2 engineering units as I hated them.
P.S. What would be the differences if I do B.Economics @ UWS instead of UOS (same major)?
