So, this first term, I haven't as well in my subjects. I have done exams/assessments of 3U Maths, Chemistry, Biology, English Advanced, CAFS and Studies of Religion 2U.
Those are ALL of my subjects.

And in all honesty, I haven't done as well as I hoped for. Like, I normally get high marks (not be conceited) but I haven't gone as well. Some of the subjects (Chemistry, English), my whole grade didn't go as well.
I have really been trying hard these holidays, just catching up and writing all of my notes.

Basically, I am asking, do any of these marks go to my HSC, or will they affect me later? I really want to do well this term, abut I don't want these marks to affect my score OR RANKING (which I am really scared for)!
Help!

Unfortunately it doesn't, but the skills you gain in Preliminary are very useful for HSC. Make sure you know the content for Preliminary, especially for Maths. Maybe develop your essay writing skills.

Science skills are important too for when you do practical assessments

Don't worry. Prelim doesn't count.
