hey everyone i'm using a documentary for a related text its just that ive only been using language and film techniques so far and i'm thinking there should be some techniques ive forgotten that must only apply to documentaries...

Last year in class we watched mumerous documentaries Mostly from David Attenborough or however you spell it. Anyway, we said we believed him because he was a grandfather figure, he looked kind, well put together, had a friendly and honest sounding voice, and he was passionate about what he was speaking about.
We also watched Bowlign for columbine and our teacher had said that he didn't believe it as much, because it was sympathising towards a certain group, it wasn't from both sides of the story. etc. So yeah Perspective is a technique. maybe focus on that too?
