does being in a selective school contribute much to your UAI result?

lol i guess - cos everyone does well =] , so theres a smaller chance of you screwing up harder.

It really depends on the individual student but the work ethic of selective schools and the students within helps. But yeah some people in selective schools totally bomb out being in a selective school doesn't automatically pull your uai up but if the entire cohort does well it can help, just depends where in the bell curve you are.

selective school helps ur uai in:

-Encouragement/ competition from your cohort
-Moderation (somewhat of a slight scaling based on the performance of your cohort)
