Hey i was wondering does any people know of if UNSW or UTS offer portfolio schemes, where by you submit a portfolio of your works, this is in relation to IT Computing Science, because i know that USYD offers it so that if your UAI is just a bit below the cut-off and they consider your portfolio you may make it in.

Thanks

yes, but i reckon if you UAI is lower than the UNSW or UTS cut off your not going to do real good in the course....

it is only Usyd that has kind of high cut-offs

thats very silly thinking....

so your telling me some student who did well in english and another language did no science or maths subjects, but did well in their hsc because of their LOTE and english, can actually do well in programming, some people are made for programming but not for school. I think the HSC system is rather silly, i mean if someone had recieved a better UAI, it doesn't mean they're capable of doing good in a specific course, it's really a matter of interests
