When you are changing a normal table to a sample proportion table how do you change the frequency?
Here is an example

To give an analogy. Let suppose you throw a coin 20 times, and gettng 13 heads. Then proportion of heads is 13/20.

1/20 is use because of 20 weeks. So fr = f * 1/20.
