Drop extension math? (1 Viewer)

I am thinking about dropping extension maths in year 12. I got 15/25 in the last test and passed by 4 marks in the midterms.

Also my class is on the same time as my SOR class but since I was really keen on doing Extension; the head teacher allowed me to do it. I don't know if I could cope with that next year.

My marks in advanced are consistently 90% and I can improve.

Can someone tell me the pros and cons of dropping extension?

I say see what you get in your final exam mark and then maybe make your mind up? And depends if you need it and find it really good as well?

Pros of dropping: you get more time for your other subjects, more class time in SOR
Cons of dropping: it could bring down your atar if you do well in it as it is high scaled

a good indication of how you're doing could be your 2u marks/ranks if you're getting anything below 70% for 2u you should reconsider your place in 3u.

I'm in a situation like yours. I would keep it just in case things improve next year :3
