I'm asking this in general because I hear a lot of my friends planning to drop down to standard eng or general maths next year... are you still eligible to drop down next year in Year 12?

I know that you're not allowed to swap subjects atm since it's too late, but is dropping down to a ~easier~ course still an option?

Yes dropping down to Standard English/ General Mathematics is allowed.
