Do you reckon my hsc would be affected if i decided to drop IT as a course because im starting to really worry about what im going to do. Do we really need IT in the real world if we arent going for a job to do with IT?

In the real world, if you're not in a technology-related job, you'll need computer literacy, but not necessarily 'IT' skills. Still, getting the certificate could widen options later on.

I would recommend keeping it, it is a easy two units and the exam is not compolsorary
