has anyone done duke of ed?
does it help for scholarships, etc?

it will definitely help for scholarships, e.g. coop scholarships where they actually have a graph of successful applicants and DEAS is one of those criteria. When looking to give scholarships they try to find well rounded people and deas obviously shows that. However you need to do gold to make it worth your while imo. unsw doesnt even give bonus points anymore except for gold.

It's a decent extra-cirrcular, and the community service and such in it is an extra selling point,as they say; go for gold.
