The UNSW website is a little light on details. If you do a coop degree in, say, Actuarial Studies, what else do you do?
* Do you get to pick a 2nd major? (ideal for me)
* Or do you do a minor?
* Do you get to complete general education courses and free options?
What I'm trying to say is I think a actuarial coop degree would be fabulous, but I want to get a wide education at uni.
Is a coop degree a full commerce degree just with work placement (with all the general courses), or is it a program where they rush you through every actuarial class and spit you out with a very narrow knowledge?
