Does anybody else have Mustafa for econ1001 (who speaks english as his THIRD language and is totally incompetent at teaching)? Are you having issues with him too? Since Tutorials are not compulsory, and i have a feeling that everybody is going to vacate our eco tute sooner or later, is there a GOOD economics tutorial that anybody has discovered (if so plz state time and room)? I am seriously having my doubts.....

A little inexperienced? Do you have this guy? Our econ tutorial degraded into a big arguement because the tutor simply refused to explain an answer to one of the questions.

We pay however many thousands to go to uni and I (and many others so I am told) get stuck with a guy who speaks english poorly, who merely writes on the board what is available on blackboard, who doesn't answer our questions, who accuses us of not working when everybody did the questions at home....

Is it too much to ask that we actually get taught something at uni.... ohh wait.....never mind

alright alright. relax. I dont know the situation so my call was probably a bit off. If he's inexperienced, calling him a f*ckwit is out of line. But if he truly is a nasty one who won't answer Q's and makes accusations at you guys then....

Just go to the other one tomorrow and see how it goes :)

Is it just me, or are some of those questions in the tutorials ridiculously hard? Especially those of us who didnt do Eco in year 12...

they look hard but once the tutor explains them, they're kinda straightforward. Nothing learnt so far was yr 12 economics. The D and S stuff is abit yr 11 but not too much ( who really paid atttention to yr 11 eco anyway if they DID do eco!?!? lol)
