ECON110 and STAT170 today (1 Viewer)

Today in ECON110...Craig Macmilan used a very funny example to describe equilibrium....

He said something about jeans, t shirt, and when u feel just right, its equilibrium.... but when 15 degrees and ur cold its disequilibrium so u put on your jumper and its back to equilibrium... very funny...probably insulted a few high flyers in the class

Also today my lecturer Linda Owens (i think) said that she was reading the love and relationship forums in BOS and asked if anyone visits that site (no one raised their hand)...she said something about being too old for some of the stuff and something about reading stuff on STAT170 that people post (if i rememebr rright think)

yeah that temperature clothing and "feel good" was innovative hehe ... but why would he be insulting the "high flyers" ? ... he was talking about exogenous and endogenous variables as well as equilibrium.

well no one raised their hands when she asked if the chocolate cake on the ppt presentation appealed to us (she was using a chocolate cake as an example for a sample of the population) lol... I talked to her after the elcture, told here that there are exp. MAcquarie student who hangs around there and idiots post stuff here too

BTW that Alex lecturer from accg100 was very good with the humor today, made everyone laugh with his jokes and comments...made lecturers like westcot (acst101) look like a bore

I really don't like Malley for accg100, but everyone else was laughing and I didn't want to be left out so I gave a half arsed smile everytime he cracked an accountant joke. He has just confirmed to me what my father has shown me all along- accountants have no sense of humour.
