ELEC 1601 Math Content, (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,

Assumed knowledge for this course is Ext 1 / 2.

Firstly how difficult would you rate this course?

And does the course build on HSC Math knowledge or MATH1001 (which I will have done when starting ELEC 1601)

Im going to be doing this course too, and from what I can gather they pretty much mean either Ext. 1 or Ext. 2 or both. I had the chance to look at the textbook and there was nothing in it to suggest MATH1001 was assumed knowledge.

Don't remember doing any hard maths in the course
only math i remember doing was binary conversion
also, dont quote me on this but i dont think we were even allowed to bring calculators in the final exam

difficulty: lots of confusing content but way easy marks

It doesnt look like it would be an overly difficult course. Probably easier than the maths courses, i guess.
