"Imagine that you have been asked to design a new wheelbarrow. You will no doubt have many questions. Please list the first three questions for which you would seek answers, and why you would ask these questions."

I have asked What will it be used for? and What will it cost? but for the life of me cannot think of anything to put for the 3rd question.
