hey, is specialist maths necessary to complete a degree in engineering??
im particularaly interested in Monash universities bachelor of aerospace engineering...

specialist maths is not a prerequestie, but a bridging course is required.....

so would i struggle without doing specialist maths????

* * Most Engineering course have high math content..... Eg. 70% of Electrical Engineering is Advanced Math ( Differential and Integral Calculus, Matrices , Fourier Series, Fourier transfoms, Z transforms, Laplace transforms etc )


The one with less Advanced Math is Computer Engineering , Software Engineering.


If Advanced Math is not your forte , perhaps engineering is NOT a good choice as a career
